Phosphor bronze belt

Overview

A bronze alloy primarily alloyed with tin (2-8%) and phosphorus (0.1-0.4%), with copper constituting the remainder. Industrially engineered for precision elastic components. Its sheets and strips are used in electronic/electrical springs, switches, connector terminals, switch contacts, diaphragms, fuse clips, and bushings - particularly suited for high-performance flexible springs. Also applied in gears, bearings, bushings, sleeves, blades, and general mechanical parts.
